Outbound Sales Performance Coach

Start Energy’s recruitment drives continues and with that we now require a Sales/Performance Coaches to aid our internal development and support our Training and Development Manager.

You will be an integral member of the department. You will be responsible for creating value to the sales work force to develop and motivate them to succeed. You will be required to sit with the sales team to provide support during calls, give guidance on calls as well as provide 121 training.

You will have a minimum of 2-3 year’s business energy sales experience which will include both cold calling and closing sales.You will have a proven track record in achieving targets and will be able to demonstrate revenue at interview.You will be a self-starter, motivated and have confidence and ambition to grow within the team and add value to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate call quality and other relevant KPIs to identity performance opportunities and trends
  • Motivate individuals & groups of colleagues
  • Identify skill gaps and able to make recommendations to improve
  • Understanding of key business drivers
  • Lead coaching conversations
  • Provide consistent and timely feedback
  • Attend training, coaching and team meetings when necessary
  • Ensure that compliance requirements are followed
  • Keep up to date with Start Energy’s services we provide
  • Keep up to date with internal business processes
  • Keep up to date with coaching standards and professional practices
  • Monitor and track improvements & communicate at all levels to produce reporting
  • Accurately complete all coaching admin and documentation for improvement sessions
  • Professionally represent the company at all times especially within your core teams to set standards

  • Coaching

  • Management keeping of coaching
  • Reporting s
  • Lead Generation reports
  • Keeping up to date and in touch with the market on a day to day basis
  • Dealing with customer queries and issues if any arise or pass on to management if necessary
  • Effectively recording and logging of calls for training
  • Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed by both supplier and customer
