Purpose / Role
Will be discussed in interview but must have had most of the experience below.1 year + experience in a recruitment team
- Experience using a variety of job board
- Resourcing experience
- Experience working in a target driven environment
- To achieve Volume recruitment targets for the roles required
- Schedule interviews for candidates
- CV sifting, shortlisting and managing the recruitment mailbox,
- Use online recruitment services to attract and source applicants & go out to set up relationships to help drive recruiemtn
- Using social media platforms, engage with candidates to promote and educate regarding possible career moves
- Source and screen candidates and qualify them against key criteria using all available CV platforms and through social media.
- Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value added service.
- Completing telephone interviews, booking face to face assessments & passing onto a manager for 2nd interview.
- Managing vacancy/candidate records, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
- Qualifying candidates against vacancy requirements by means of a telephone interview.
