Purpose / Role

Will be discussed in interview but must have had most of the experience below.1 year + experience in a recruitment team

  • Experience using a variety of job board
  • Resourcing experience
  • Experience working in a target driven environment
Working within the company’s manager’s structure & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve Volume recruitment targets for the roles required
  • Schedule interviews for candidates
  • CV sifting, shortlisting and managing the recruitment mailbox,
  • Use online recruitment services to attract and source applicants & go out to set up relationships to help drive recruiemtn
  • Using social media platforms, engage with candidates to promote and educate regarding possible career moves
  • Source and screen candidates and qualify them against key criteria using all available CV platforms and through social media.
  • Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value added service.
  • Completing telephone interviews, booking face to face assessments & passing onto a manager for 2nd interview.
  • Managing vacancy/candidate records, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
  • Qualifying candidates against vacancy requirements by means of a telephone interview.
